Government Funded Programs

Whether you are a parent or a school district administrator, you have come to the right place!

A Stepping Stone to Excellence’s Government Funded Program offers specialized one-on-one and group tutoring in English Language Arts (including reading) and Mathematics to eligible students in grades K-12. Collaborating with qualifying school districts, A Stepping Stone to Excellence offers our services free of charge to all eligible students.

Focusing on the individual needs of each student, A Stepping Stone is committed to providing excellence in education using only high-quality tutorial programs, certified teachers and qualified administrators. Our goal is to provide our students with the skills they need to achieve their academic goals by engaging them in the learning process and instilling a love for learning. Aligned to each state academic learning standard, our program will build essential English Language Arts (including reading) and Mathematical skills. We strongly believe that collaboration and participation make our program a success, so we work closely with school administrators, students and parents to narrow the achievement gap and help students reach their full educational potential.

To best meet the needs of the students, parents and school districts we serve, A Stepping Stone to Excellence offers two types of government funded programs; group tutoring and one-on-one tutoring. For more information on our group and one-on-one tutoring programs, please click on one of the two options below.

At A Stepping Stone to Excellence, we strive to instill a love for learning in each and every one of our students by providing them with the necessary skills that will help them succeed throughout their academic careers; especially in the areas of English Language Arts (including reading) and Mathematics.
